A Gem of Comfort and Charm

Truly enjoyed my stay! The spacious Prestige Double Room provided a peaceful retreat. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, especially for vegetarians, while the staff's hospitality was nice. Don't miss the outdoor terrace for a relaxing drink after exploring Ypres. Highly recommend!

It was designer, neat and with very comfortable bed.

The location was top for destinations we were going to.

Mixed feelings about this

Fantastic ambience with a unique war exhibition and super comfortable beds. The location is ideal-quiet yet within walking distance to attractions. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, I encountered inconsistent room servicing and a lack of timely check-in. There were limited options for dining in-house.

Exploring the heart of Ypres 🇧🇪

Loved the spacious family room-totally fit for a bunch of us! The brekkie spread was great with those fresh pastries and a lekker selection for all. Staff were super friendly, really felt at home!

Only downside? The room had occasional noise from the ventilation, bit of a jol but not too bad.

The service is excellent, includes good parking. Rooms are neat with a well lit bathroom as well as iron, food is savoury. The best thing is location - right by the centre of the World War 1 Battle-Fields and Belgium and the historic & picturesque town square.

The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful! The location was grand, just a short stroll to the main square. I did wish for a bit more seating in the common areas. All in all, I felt right at home during my stay!

The breakfast selection was a hit with the kids, especially the tasty pastries. We loved the spacious family room that had enough room to play. The garden was a lovely retreat, and the hotel's proximity to the city center made sightseeing easy.

My kids wished for a larger playground.

Great service with lovely staff and a convenient location. Lift was handy, but laundry costs were a bit steep.

Stayed in a Prestige Double Room, spacious and comfy. The bed quality was great, and the bathroom was clean and modern. I loved the little details like the motion-activated night lights, made nighttime navigation easy. And a Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Only downside was the occasional noise from the ventilation system, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

I appreciated the modern decor and the unique display of military memorabilia throughout the hotel with an intriguing atmosphere. The convenient bar and reception area enhanced the overall experience as well.

The room was very cozy, while the noisy ventilation system disrupted our afternoon rest.

The Ariane Hotel features beautiful, modern decor throughout, and the good display of historical war artifacts in the lobby created a unique atmosphere. It was easily accessible for senior guests.

More seating in common areas would be preferred.
